Keep it cold in the bedroom! I can't sleep if I'm even a little hot. It also helps prevent bad dreams.

Have a pre-sleep ritual. Stick to it as much as possible.

Get regular exercise but avoid strenuous exercise within two hours before bedtime. Avoid alcohol and smoking before bedtime. Drink caffeine in moderation and not after noon. Avoid drinking more than a glass of fluid before bedtime.

Make sure I get some good exercise during the day. Oh ya... And sex definitely helps.
