How Do You Keep Healthy Foods Easily Accessible?

Put them where you see them. I have a fruit bowl on the counter and yogurt on the tip shelf of the refrigerator. When you're in a hurry you grab what is easy.

I scored my lowest score ever on this quiz. Clearly it may not be wise to follow my tips. I keep my fruit in the fridge. Personally I don’t need to see them to know they’re there. I also never ever have leftovers nor garbage. I weigh all my food. Somewhere in there is a tip...I think.

Precook veggies to have them tray to go and prep them all in one night! That way you have convenient meals to grab ad healthy snacks, precut all veggies for snacks, salads, or meals. Also salads in a jar and smoothies in a bag are great ways to make healthy eating more attractive
