I suggest be very conscious of your Caloric intake. I monitor mine everyday with MyFitnessPal App; I challenge any reading this to do the sameness. I have lost 12 lbs since Jan2015. I think that is good for a man four months into his 77th year

Staying active and recognizing stressful situations. When I recognize those situations I can remove myself or chose a coping mechanism to get through. Usually I go exercise.
