Building strength and and endurance with walking helped me. After many outings and miles of walking I added jogging. After being able to jog again, added some faster paced running followed by cool-down walking and resting. At 61, it's not as easy as it used to be. But I feel better and have improved fitness. It seems worthy of our time and commitment to try.
