How Have You Used Mindfulness Or Meditation?
Peace!!
It is somewhat hard to determine when you are being "mindful". I have been working with therapist and between Medication and mindfulness my anxiety level has become much more manageable!!

Pediatrician recently prescribed meditation/mindfulness app for my teen that was having stomach pain and nausea. The app is easy to use. My teen reports quick, noticeable results and continues to use it daily. For chronic PTSD, I have been incorporating 15-30 min. ayurvedic yoga for winding down at night, probably 3-4 times per week. I enjoy it so much, I might stretch it to 7!

Visualization is a great tool for whatever your trying to accomplish. It has scientific backing about reinforcing your brain and dealing with variation during the actual event.

If sitting meditation seems difficult, do a walking meditation instead. As long as you keep your awareness in the present, any form of meditation is good!
