Discuss baby aspirin and/or statins with your doctor if it fits your value system there are pros and cons to all medications so weigh them with your doctor. Keep a tight, consistent schedule with meals, exercise, and sleep. Your body loves rhythm. Manage stress... after all, the day of the week most likely for a heart attack to occur is on Monday. Consume absolutely zero tobacco products. If you do quit asap.
