What Is Good Equipment (Doesn’t Have To Be Olympic Quality) To Start A Home Gym?

All of your necessary exercises can be accomplished without any equipment. All you need is room to move around and a cushioned floor. If you run, a treadmill is advantageous in the cold winter months.

What should I do more to look bigger

Check out Rogue Fitness or Again Faster. Both companies have a large range of equipment.

I have been through quite a few home gym style pieces of equipment. Nautilus is decent, and weider. Selectable dumbbells are great to save space, but quality can be an issue. Bowflex's have a lot of plastic, so they can break.

Depends on what you're looking for and how much space you have. Whatever that answer is, Craigslist or other services like that should be on your radar. People always buy stuff with good intention, then offload it later at reduced cost in good to like new shape. Also second hand gym equipment can be a real deal.

2 different strengthen Bands with handles a weighted jump robe and 3 different weights for supersetting for a circuit session!

Everything was mentioned in these comments , don't have anything to add except that we can use the stairs at home as a stepper , also benches to do the triceps and biceps .

Honestly, some weights in your weight range would be a great start. The best exercises that help your body most are controlled ones without using machines.

Mastering moves using your own body weight should not be overlooked! Moves such as push-ups, walking planks, lunges and squats are all very efficient exercises. A few different sized hand weights (dumb bells) can be added as you progress.

I’d recommend an ab roller, one of those adjustable weights like Bowflex so you don’t have to buy a lot of weights, and a medicine ball.
