I make my dough & sauce from scratch using only semolina flour for the dough and I make a spicier sauce that doesn't have any added sugar. So many pizza sauces have sugar in them. Also, the semolina flour produces a nice, thin pizza dough that cooks crispy.

I use Coconut flour. Lots of fiber plus only Organic vegetables/cheese/chicken 0r turkey. Make own pizza sauce. Nice and spicy

I always try to thin out the dough to spread those carbs far. For toppings I go for mostly produce and lean meats. So good.

Homemade pizza is my forté! I use unbleached flour and whole wheat flour blend for the crust, along with EVOO, rise with yeast . My sauce for a quickie is a thinned spaghetti sauce, TJs has a great organic sauce. Our toppings range from artichokes, basil, spinach, diced tomatoes, mozzarella of course, but there are some blends that are great too... I used to use a mozzarella, Romano and Feta blend... I was offered a lot of money to make one for a parent of my kids friend! True story

Instead of high fat cheeses, I use grated Parmesan plus vegetable toppings. This really works out well with a thin crust and a good quality sauce.

I like to make a tortilla pizza and use a whole grain or tomato and basil tortilla without sauce and then add olive oil with some mozarella spinach and a little spice :)
