Turn off lights, TV, computers, iPads etc.

Don't try to go to bed too early, if your not tired read a book or do something else. Trying to force sleep when your not tired just causes you to lie there awake and have a less restful night. Most adults dont need 8 hours, you know you got enough sleep if you wake up feeling rested. This should be the goal not an hour number.

This "tip" is nothing you can act on, but I have Multiple Sclerosis & borderline narcolepsy. I can sleep through most everything, most anywhere. I do feel bad for you "normal" people, but it does make me happier about my challenges. 🙂
