I am a big fan of scrambling them and adding a box of triple chocolate brownies and baking them for 20 minutes. Freaking amazing.

Red onions, some fresh garlic, some red pepper and salt, after caramelized add fresh tomatos,(remove seeds and skin before). Crushed the tomatos, I use the mash potatoes tool. Then add the egg with out breaking the yolk, cover for few minutes and serve in a already toasted or warmed corn tortilla. Yaaammm 🥘😋
