Arsenic may be real, but it's not as scary as it sounds. you don't need to worry about it anymore than you would worry about apple juice and shell fish.

German Riesling for dinner Spästlase for is also nose for dinner or before dinner with appetizers. Auselese is nice to relax with. Berenauslese is a heavenly yet sinful desert wine and an Eiswein is also a nice desert wine. I enjoy nearly anything in these categories from the Mosel river in Germany. These all range from very sweet to semi-sweet. There are only a few semi-dry or halbtrocken that I care for at all from a vineyard in Osan Germany. I have also discovered that there are a few Rieslings that I am fond of domestically off the snake river in Idaho.
