I day my prayers, then count my blessings when I lie down at night. I thank God for all the loved ones who shaped my life and loved me, but who are departed, I thank God for my many blessings and I pray for those whose lives have not been as healthy, as easy or as blessed as mine has. I can't recall the last time I had a nightmare because I always go to sleep thinking happy thoughts which make for happy dreams.

I just started using the Headspace app a couple of weeks ago. I really enjoy it, I am up to 25 minutes a day.

Started as soon as I opened my eyes to be thankful for being alive, then I do go outside my patio to be in contact to nature , breathing and putting positive thoughts in my mind. Do some meditation, means just relax my mind and said:" this is the first day of the rest of my life" then my day is more productive.:-)

I start with intentional breathing and sometimes a short 15min wake up yoga routine. This allows my body to relax as I focus on the present moment.

First thing as I wake up I sit in a certain spot in my living room and meditate for 30 minutes. I use the Insight Meditation app for a soothing bell to start and end my practice.

15-20 minutes each morning when I arrive at work before doing anything else. I use the Headspace app and love it!

Watching my wife putting on yoga pants and watching her is the way I relax. I don't need to meditate, I don't stress out. I would consider BEER YOGA.. mainly because of the first word in that workout.
