I've tried them all. The fodmap diet seems to be the most recommended. The paleo diet is very similar too. I feel better when I don't have carbs In the form of flours etc... No caffeine either. Taking a really good probiotic helps too

Going gluten free and sticking to the FODMAP friendly diet worked for me.

Lactose free is helpful. Avoiding fatty foods , oily foods , sugary drinks etc

FODMAPs diet is recommended, but is not for long-term. Restrict for 4-6 weeks, then individually add foods back in to identify a trigger such as (but not limited to)... gluten, dairy, fructose, sugar alcohols, etc. Hope your gut heals!
