Humana gives a 40-point bonus for reaching 10,000 steps 5 days in a week on top of the 15 daily points. I try to earn my bonus every week. Also, don't push a cart at the store. It doesn't count your steps when you do.

If I can't get to the gym or outside, I walk around the house until I reach 10,000 steps. During the day I work a dead end sit down job, so I will get up every hour to get some steps in.
