When I'm having a big chocolate craving, I like to make my hot chocolate with raw cacao powder. Just put a heaping tablespoon in a mug, add boiling water but leave enough room for milk (or your favorite creamer - mine is unsweetened cashew milk) 1/2 tsp of vanilla and I use stevia to taste - about 2 tsps. Give it a really good stir... Takes a bit to dissolve. Then enjoy!
