I buy sliced unsweetened strawberry slices at GFS pore 1 1/2 cups of strawberries in blender with a little apple. I make the-consistency of strawberry sorbet. Put in 1/2 cup portion and then put rest in freezer

It's a myth that low carb high fat lacks fiber. I avoid carbohydrate rich foods, but I get more than enough fiber from broccoli, brussel sprouts, avacodoes, raw nuts and seeds - my daily staples. I'll eat it with meals or alone as a snack.
