"Protein" bars. Basically a glorified candy bar.

Juices. They are full of sugar (albeit natural sugars), too easy to consume, and dont satiate. If you consume a glass of juice with a meal, it's like having another 1/2 meal-worth of calories.

Anything "low fat". Since they take the fat out of a product (such as sour cream), they add extra carbs (sugars) to add the flavor back into the product.

There's plenty unhealthy stuff in sugar free, fat free labeled products, healthy cereals, fruit yogurts, it's quite an exhaustive list really .. Best thing is to always check the ingredients on the label and if there are too hard to pronounce then it's a good indication that's usually the equivalent of hidden stuff

Gluten free foods!! Crackers and such, they're loaded with sugars

Gluten free products have a lot more sugar than the same product that contains wheat. This is because they add a lot of sugar to mask the awful taste that is gluten free. Also beware of agave it has more fructose in it than high fructose corn syrup. Agave is 90% fructose, while HFCS is "only" 78%
